The best way to share a YouTube, Vimeo, or Canvas Studio video is through the built-in Share external video option.
If you'd rather use Screen sharing (start sharing, then play the video on your screen outside of BigBlueButton), we recommend Mac OS X with the Chrome browser — viewers will also hear the video's audio.
On Windows, the video will be visible through screen sharing, but the audio will not come through.

You can use 2 rooms with the free plan. To access more rooms, you'll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
Each meeting in the free plan can last up to 120 minutes, and is extended to 360 minutes on the paid plans.
The PIN number may change between launches of the same conference. When you join a BigBlueButton session, you'll see a dial-in number and PIN (such as 39320). The system will attempt to keep this PIN consistent between launches, but it is not guaranteed.
If you have users joining by phone, the safest approach is to start the conference a few minutes early and email them the current dial-in number and PIN.
